Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? after 3 years as a teaching assistant

I received an offer as a teaching assistant and I think the pay is a little low. Any experience at all would help. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
