Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? after 16 years as an event coordinator

I want to negotiate but I am afraid they will withdraw. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The hiring manager was friendly and open. Did you negotiate?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
