Offer arrived, can I still ask for more?, administrative assistant here

I received an offer as an administrative assistant and I think the pay is a little low. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. The hiring manager was friendly and open. What wording worked?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
