Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? - 25 weeks in

It is the first offer in 5 months and I do not want to mess it up. It has been a long 25 weeks. I have a competing interview next week. Did you negotiate?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
