Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? - 10 months and counting

I received an offer as a marketing coordinator and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. The hiring manager was friendly and open. Did it backfire?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
