Negotiating pay when I have been out of work, welding apprentice here

Wren Prieto · 2026-06-03T13:52:27.277Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a welding apprentice. I also do not want to sell myself short. How do you research fairly?
