Negotiating pay when I have been out of work, web developer here

Gabriel Kojima · 2026-05-08T18:50:27.493Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a web developer. It has been weighing on me all week. I also do not want to sell myself short.
