Negotiating pay when I have been out of work, web developer here

Yara Munoz · 2026-07-21T06:40:17.153Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a web developer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to price myself out.

Check several sources for pay in Boston, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
