Negotiating pay when I have been out of work (Omaha)

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. It has been a long 2 weeks. I looked up ranges in Omaha and they vary a lot.

Check several sources for pay in Omaha, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
