Negotiating pay when I have been out of work, office manager here

Farid Thorne · 2026-05-21T00:41:16.757Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as an office manager. I looked up ranges in Richmond and they vary a lot. Does giving a range hurt?
