Negotiating pay when I have been out of work - first time posting

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to price myself out. What did you say?

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
