Negotiating pay when I have been out of work (Cincinnati)

Bhavna Rasmussen · 2026-05-02T12:32:18.116Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as an office manager. I looked up ranges in Cincinnati and they vary a lot.
