Negotiating pay when I have been out of work after 13 years as a payroll clerk

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. I worked as a payroll clerk before this. I looked up ranges in Honolulu and they vary a lot.

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
