Negotiating pay when I have been out of work after 12 years as a recruiter

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
