Negotiating pay when I have been out of work after 12 years as a nurse's aide

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. Thank you in advance. I also do not want to sell myself short.

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
