Negotiating pay when I have been out of work after 10 years as a production planner

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Check several sources for pay in Louisville, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
