I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. Thank you in advance. I looked up ranges in Spokane and they vary a lot. How do you research fairly?

Asking about the range for the role first worked for me. Some recruiters share it.

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
