Negotiating pay when I have been out of work - 26 weeks in

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I looked up ranges in Omaha and they vary a lot. What did you say?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
