Negotiating pay when I have been out of work - 13 months and counting

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and feel pressure to accept less. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check several sources for pay in Phoenix, then pick a range where the low end is one you can live with.
