Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - what worked for you?

I received an offer as a forklift operator and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a forklift operator before this. The benefits are decent.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
