Negotiating an offer, is it too late? (update)

I want to negotiate but I am afraid they will withdraw. It has been a long 17 weeks. I have a competing interview next week.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
