Negotiating an offer, is it too late?, school bus driver here

I received an offer as a school bus driver and I think the pay is a little low. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
