Negotiating an offer, is it too late?, sales associate here

I received an offer as a sales associate and I think the pay is a little low. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The hiring manager was friendly and open.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
