Negotiating an offer, is it too late? (Pittsburgh)

I received an offer as a line cook and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a line cook before this. I have a competing interview next week. Did you negotiate?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
