Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - any advice?

It is the first offer in 14 months and I do not want to mess it up. Any experience at all would help. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
