Negotiating an offer, is it too late? after 7 years as a customer-service rep

I received an offer as a customer-service rep and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. I have a competing interview next week.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
