Negotiating an offer, is it too late? after 17 years as an office manager

I received an offer as an office manager and I think the pay is a little low. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
