Negotiating an offer, is it too late? after 16 years as a logistics coordinator

It is the first offer in 11 months and I do not want to mess it up. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
