Negotiating an offer, is it too late? after 11 years as an event coordinator

I want to negotiate but I am afraid they will withdraw. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a competing interview next week. Did you negotiate?

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
