Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - 6 months and counting

I received an offer as a project coordinator and I think the pay is a little low. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
