Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - 20 weeks in

It is the first offer in 8 months and I do not want to mess it up. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
