Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - 15 weeks in

I received an offer as a graphic designer and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The hiring manager was friendly and open. Did it backfire?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
