Negotiating an offer, is it too late? - 14 weeks in

It is the first offer in 14 months and I do not want to mess it up. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
