Negotiating an offer, is it too late?

I received an offer as a logistics coordinator and I think the pay is a little low. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
