Interview nerves, what actually helps? - what worked for you?

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a home health aide.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
