Interview nerves, what actually helps? - what worked for you?

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
