Interview nerves, what actually helps? - what worked for you?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
