Interview nerves, what actually helps? - what worked for you?

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. The role is similar to my old job as a nurse's aide. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
