Interview nerves, what actually helps?, warehouse supervisor here

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The role is similar to my old job as a warehouse supervisor. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
