Interview nerves, what actually helps? (update)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. I want to come across as confident and honest.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
