Interview nerves, what actually helps? (update)

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. It has been a long 10 weeks. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
