I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
