Interview nerves, what actually helps?, office manager here

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
