Interview nerves, what actually helps? (Minneapolis)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
