Interview nerves, what actually helps? (Jacksonville)

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
