Interview nerves, what actually helps?, forklift operator here

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a forklift operator before this. The role is similar to my old job as a forklift operator. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
