Interview nerves, what actually helps? - first time posting

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
