Interview nerves, what actually helps? - first time posting

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been weighing on me all week. I want to come across as confident and honest.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
