Interview nerves, what actually helps?

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a forklift operator. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
