Interview nerves, what actually helps?, electrician's helper here

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as an electrician's helper.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
